4. The propensity for hitting stationery objects

Oh I've seen a bunch of tandem bikes. But mostly in cities that actually have a bicycle culture (i.e. where people actually use their bikes for commuting).

I like the bike ride idea. But amber made some excellent points. It depends where the bike ride is. On a boardwalk? Through a quaint neighbourhood where they can get some drinks and talk at a cafe midway through the bike ride date? :)
