Best cheapass (under $100) GPS navigation device thingie

So it's pretty clear that using any device with crazy space-age global positioning system (GPS) technology is basically giving the government/large profit-driven corporations permission to track you like a duck, but damn, I wouldn't get anywhere without my once-top-of-the-line-cheapass nuvi 660, so I guess the trading off personal privacy and freedom is worth it so I can be a slave to traffic.
