Best laptops for moms with small kids (read: spillproof and tough)

Posted by amber amber on 01-Apr-11
If you have a toddler or a baby that you're always carrying around, you're almost always multitasking. Feeding, burping, diaper changing, etc. What do you guys think the best laptop is for someone who's constantly around baby drool - preferably one that's sturdy?

You know I don't know the "specs" on the spillproof or drool proof of my MacBook but can give you first hand stories. I have had mine for 3 years now, it's been puked on, peed on (by the dog and right into the keyboard), dropped, stepped on and just all around mistreated. It functions perfectly! The key to keeping any one you pick baby proofed is just to be prepared to act immediately.

Haha that's both hilarious and gross... doesn't it smell kind of weird by now?? : ) Can you add your MacBook model to the list?
